Your NP Besties (and Instructors)
Jacqueline King, APRN, FNP-BC and Sandra Pagenta, DNP, APNP bring to the table a combined wealth of nursing, clinical, and educational expertise—rooted in years of hands-on experience as practicing Nurse Practitioners. Having navigated the many paths of healthcare, they’ve mastered patient care, diagnostic reasoning, and collaboration across teams, all while building careers centered on mentorship and professional growth.
Their story began in nursing school—bonding over a bed bath (yes, really!)—and grew into a friendship fueled by a shared passion: helping new and transitioning NPs bridge the intimidating gap between classroom theory and real-world practice.
That passion became Success NP—a platform designed to be the resource they wish they had starting out. Together, they’ve created guides, tools, and programs that not only sharpen clinical confidence but also tackle the business side of being an NP: contracts, malpractice, portfolios, workloads, and the pursuit of true work-life balance.
